The 11″ Stainless Steel Sanke False Bottom is contoured to fit the bottom of a commercial sanke keg when converted and used as a mash tun. The stainless steel pickup tube is flared on the end that connects to the false bottom to help prevent accidental dislodging when stirring your mash. The other end needs to be connected to a bulkhead assembly to draw wort out of the mash tun.
