Clarity Ferm is an enzyme that’s effective at preventing chill haze, increasing shelf-life and product consistency while significantly reducing gluten from beer made with barley and wheat. The majority of beers test below 10ppm gluten when using the correct dosage. This product does not affect the flavour or aroma of the beer, nor does it affect head retention. Add the entire contents of the bottle to a 5-7 gallon (19-26 L) batch of cooled wort at the same time as you pitch your yeast.
