Pectic Enzyme 1 oz Bag

Pectic enzyme is used to reduce the hazing effect of pectin’s when using real fruit in your beer, wine, and mead. Use 2 teaspoons of pectic enzyme mixed with cold water per 5 gal batch. Only add once the product has cooled, as enzymes denature above ~ 150°F (65°C).
