Whirfloc tablets are used to help settle haze producing proteins and beta glucans resulting in a clearer beer. Use 1/2 of one tablet per 5 gallon batch. Add during the last 5 minutes of the boil.
Great value for your money at 0.20 per 5 gal batch these are a no brainer for getting that crisp clarity in your beers. Don’t fret when the fermenter looks hazy the first day or fermentation that’s just the whirlfoc doing it’s job!
