Get that smooth barrel-aged flavour! BeerStix are perfect for aging 5-6 gallon batches of beer and fit nicely inside of carboys and corny kegs. Use our corny lid with welded tab to suspend in the keg and remove with ease when flavour’s been maximized. Due to careful aging and seasoning of the wood, as well as precise toasting, these sticks deliver very specific flavours and aromas. The milling of the wood gives 60% more surface area compared to WineStix allowing for faster extraction. The milling is 1/16″ thinner for a denser toasting. Each stick measures ~ 8.5″ x 1″ x 0.5″

Please allow 2 months minimum extraction time to balance the extractions of short and long grain. Removal of the wood early only allows certain extractions of flavours and primarily from the short grain in the BeerStix milling.
