Egyptian Chamomile has been used in brewing for centuries due to its versatility and subtle but distinct flavour and aroma. Chamomile is used mainly in Belgian Witbiers and some other wheat beers for added depth of flavour. It’s also an excellent addition to mead, or even wine. Add 1/2 to 1 oz per 5 gallon batch to the last 5-15 minutes of the boil.
