I added a 1/2 bottle of this to a 5 gal batch of beer made with the Irish Red Ale Extract Kit. It was great. Several people tried it and everyone seemed to think 1/2 bottle was the right amount to add. It provided a nice apricot taste without being over powering or tasting artificial. Great product and a very inexpensive way to try adding flavour to an extract beer kit.
