Lactic Acid (4 oz bottle) 88% Concentrate

Use 1-4 teaspoons of lactic acid per 5 gallon batch of beer to lower the pH of mash or sparge water in the brewing process. Lactic acid can also be used to sour beer styles such as Berliner Weisse and traditional Witbiers giving them that required tartness.
