Crushed Belgian Pilsner Malt (Per Oz) Dingemans Malt
Dingemans Pilsner malt is made from the finest European two-row summer barley. Light in colour and low in protein, this malt is well modified and can easily be mashed with a single–infusion mash temperature. Due to high enzymatic power, Pilsner can be used in up to 100% of the grain bill in all types of beer. We highly recommend this malt if you plan to make any Belgian ale, whether it be a dubbel or a tripel
