Roasted with higher temperatures than by kiln, crystal 120l malt from Great Western Malt in the US, is a versatile dark crystal malt that produces very strong caramel flavours and notes of raisins, while adding deep red colour. Use 3-15% in many beer styles including Red Ales, Porters & Stouts to enhance flavour and body, while improving foam stability.
