Crushed Special B Malt (Per Oz) Dingemans Malt
Special B malt from Dingemans Malt in Belgium is the darkest of the Belgian caramel malts, this fantastic malt produces unique and complex flavours and aromas of dark caramel and subtle notes of burnt sugar, and dark dried fruits. This malt also imparts very subtle roasted notes without any astringency or bitterness and adds a deep brown colour, while improving body and foam stability for use with traditional Belgian Trappist Ales, Dubbels, Dark Strong Ales, Porters & Stouts. May substitute Chocolate and Black malt if bitterness is not desired.
