Victory malt from Briess Malting Co n the US is a lightly-kilned toasted biscuit-style malt that contributes nutty, toasty, and biscuit-like flavours and aromas similar to baked bread. An excellent choice for adding dry, toasted complexity and brown colour to nut brown ales and dark beers up to 25% or add just a little to lighter beer styles.

I have used this for and APA, Blonde Ale and a Hoppy Single Hop IPA. Adding just the perfect amount of this hop can really round out the malt character of your brew.
