Crushed Wheat Malt (Per Oz) Rahr Malt Co.
OIO brand wheat malt from Rahr Malting Co. is a slightly-sweet, malty & mildy bready Canadian grown and malted wheat that can be used as a base in any North American or German wheat beer, or in part for Kolsch (10-20%), or for Belgian Wit (30-40%). Improves head & foam retention in any beer style.
