Acidulated malt from Weyermann Malt is a 2-row summer barley that is acidified with 1-2% lactic acid and can help to lower the mash pH for a better working mash, intensified fermentation and helps improve flavour stability with a slight sour note for use in Pilsners, Light Ales and Wheat Beers.
