Malteries Franco-Belges Caramel Pilsen Malt is obtained by adapted malting, saccharification and smooth torrification of selected barleys in order to develop the aroma and colour. This malt adds a fine, pleasant caramel aroma and light red hues while increasing body, head & foam retention. This is NOT a dextrin malt as in, CaraPils.
