CaraMunich® Type 3 is a dark caramel/crystal malt from Weyermann® Malts in Germany that produces a moderate amount of toasty, sweet flavours & aromas, while imparting a deep golden-copper colour, for use in Oktobefests, Altbiers and Bocks (5-10%) to enhance body and malt character or use 1-5% in other amber beers.
