Chocolate wheat malt is a steeped and roasted malted wheat from Weyermann® Malts in Germany that imparts a unique, mellow and lightly-roasted flavour while also adding dark colour. A great addition to Dunkelweizens, Stouts & Porters. Also works well as a substitute for chocolate malt.
