Special Roast malt from Briess Malting Co in the US is a biscuit-style malt that uses a special malting process to intensify the toasted biscuity flavours. The unique flavours include a bold tangy sour-dough and notes of bran flakes. At 40L this excellent malt will impart a deep golden to brown colour for use in English Ales including Nut Brown, Porters and other dark beer styles.
