OIO brand wheat malt from Rahr Malting Co. is a slighly-sweet, malty & mildy bready Canadian grown and malted wheat that can be used as a base in North American and German wheat beers, or in part for Kolsch (10-20%), or for Belgian Wit (30-40%). Improves head & foam retention in any beer style.
