Crushed CaraWheat® Malt (Per Oz) – Weyermann® Malts
CaraWheat® malt from Weyermann® Malts is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from the highest quality, German wheat. This incredibly unique wheat malt is almost 100% caramelized and adds creaminess, body, and colour to finished beers. It contributes some phenolic wheat flavours along with notes of caramel, almond, and a bready aroma. Use in Belgian Witbiers, Red Ales, Hefeweizens & Dunkelweizens.
