Originating in New Zealand, this crossbreed of Smoothcone was developed by HortResearch and released in 2000. Nelson Sauvin pellet hops produce distinctive flavours and aromas of gooseberry and white wine fruitiness and work well in American and Belgian Ales, Pales and Premium Lagers.
