Belma is sweetly named after the road where the Puterbaugh family’s homestead and farm has stood since the 1930’s. They discovered Belma growing on its own up the side of their picking facility, fell in love with its strawberry aroma on the vine and its robust nature. A daughter of Magnum & Kitamidori, it imparts strawberry, citrus, melon and grapefruit notes. Belma is available in commercial quantities, producing excellent yields ideal for the growing demand of innovative varietals within the craft beer industry.

They’re nothing special. I think they’d do better in hazy pale or neipa because I got way more strawberry when I took a taste before kegging and clarifying.
