Cascade Hops (T90 Pellets) 2023 Crop
Originally bred in the US in 1956 by the USDA in Oregon State, this hop was released for cultivation in 1972. It is the most popular variety in the US craft beer industry for flavoring, aroma and mild bittering. The most popular of the “3C’s” of American hops that also includes Centennial and Columbus. Cascade pellet hops add pleasant citrus and fragrant floral aromas.

Had the bag seal randomly break but Jason fixed that right away.

The 1 oz mylar bags we use are not that thick, so every now and then a pellet will puncture the bag. If you receive a bag that’s deflated during transit, it’s nothing to worry about. Just toss it in the freezer and use it sooner, rather than later.

Great hops. I use these pellets when I make my IPAs. Packaging has always been great and from what I have read, the Mylar vacuum sealed bags are the way to go. I always try buy more than what I need as these can be stored in the freezer and used in the future. That way I always have some on hand.
