Herbal, piney and slightly smoky with subtle notes of grapefruit for American Pales, Stouts & Porters.
Description
Chinook Pellet Hops
Originating in the US, this locally grown variety is a crossbreed of Petham Golding and a USDA 60312 male and was released in 1985. Chinook pellet hops are wonderfully herbal, piney and slightly smoky with subtle notes of grapefruit. Typical usage includes American Pales, Stouts, Porters and some higher gravity beers. Our Chinook pellet hops are among the freshest hops you’ll find from any home brew shop in Canada. We nitrogen flush and vacuum seal our hops in mylar foil bags immediately after pickup from local Chilliwack and Yakima growers and suppliers, and keep as little in stock as possible to ensure fresher, better tasting beer!
