Chinook Hops (T90 Pellets) 2021 Crop

Originating in the US, this locally grown variety is a crossbreed of Petham Golding and a USDA 60312 male and was released in 1985. Chinook hops are wonderfully herbal, piney and slightly smoky with subtle notes of grapefruit. Typical usage includes American Pales, Stouts, Porters and some higher gravity beers.
