Named after the state in which it’s grown, this high-alpha variety is also known as 007, the golden hop. This outstanding hop has big pine and juicy tropical fruit flavours with subtle earthy notes and floral aromas. A great choice for late kettle additions or for dry hopping your next west coast pale ale, IPA or hazy IPA.

Was a little disappointed in the nose of this hop. It definitely didn’t have the same punch as Citra, Azzaca, or Vic Secret. But it was still a nice more subtle citrus and fruit nose.
