Mosaic (T90 Pellets) 2023 Crop

Originating in the US, this high alpha daughter of Simcoe and Nugget was developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012. Mosaic hops produce a strong, complex combination of tropical fruit and pine flavours (think Citra on steroids). They work well in American Ales, IPA’s, DIPA’s and Wheat Beers.
