Sorachi Ace Hops (T90 Pellets) 2022 Crop

Developed in the late 70’s in Hokkaidō, Japan for Supporo Brewers Ltd. by cross-breeding Brewer’s Gold, Saazer – OP and Beikei No. 2 male. This variety fell out of favour until Darren Gamache of Virgil Gamache Farms began to cultivate it back in the early 2000’s. This high-alpha aroma variety is extremely unique with great bittering characteristics and aromas of lemon and dill.
