Nottingham English Ale Yeast – Lallemand Brewing

Nottingham ale yeast is a highly-flocculent, neutral and relatively full-attenuating strain. It produces low concentrations of fruity and estery aromas allowing malt flavours to shine through. Very good tolerance to low fermentation temperatures, 14°C (57°F), allowing lager-styles and a great choice for high ABV speciality beers.
