Safale S-33 dry ale yeast is a very popular, general purpose yeast that produces great flavour in a large variety of top-fermented Belgian specialty beers. It also performs well in high ABV brews and bottle-conditioning. Now available in larger 100 g sachets for direct pitch into test sized batches or large homebrew batches.
