WLP007 Dry English Ale White Labs PurePitch Next Generation Liquid Yeast

White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale yeast is a clean, highly flocculent, and highly attenuative strain. It’s similar to WLP002 in flavour profile, but is 10% more attenuative. This eliminates the residual sweetness, and makes the yeast well suited for high gravity ales. It is also reaches terminal gravity quickly. 80% attenuation will be reached even with 10% ABV beers. The shelf-life of White Labs PurePitch is 4-6 months from the QC-release date labeled on the package. As a result of the proprietary dual-layer film, yeast are able to remain in excellent condition with high viability and performance.
