Dirty Blonde Ale Extract Beer Kit with Steeping Grains

A smooth, easy-drinking ale with a soft malt-sweetness and a medium-dry finish. Our Canadian blonde ale extract beer kit is crafted from the highest quality ingredients. A single hop addition produces mild bitterness, and very subtle aroma and flavour. The recommended liquid yeast provides the mild, fruity esters unique and essential for this style. A great brew for beginner-level extract brewers who enjoy American and European-style blonde and light ales and are anxious to integrate steeping grains into their brewing process.

Please note: Yeast is now sold separately. Strain options linked above.

Our dirty blonde beer kit includes:

Experience level: Beginner (kit includes steeping grains)
Target batch size: 5.25 gal (20 l) into the fermenter
Target ABV (alcohol by volume): 5.0 %

Excellent quality kit, super simple. This was my second brew, my first was the tooth and nail pale ale, it had more ingredients and is a fantastic beer, it’s almost gone already.

This blonde has a very clean taste, and I just split the batch into two kegs. One I left plain, and for the other I juciced 15lbs of grapefruit.

I am currently brewing the 4 winds IPA, to be kegged next week. Goldsteam has been amazing to deal with. Making beer with ingredients so fresh has given all my friends lucky enough to get a taste, a nice surprise that home brew can be so good!

I will have to agree with Darrell, this beer is a great brew, I also did this one twice on my third, great session beer for anytime of year

Just got this dropped off, cant wait to brew it. With how great the other brews have been this should be just as good!!!
