The malts provide a moderate amount of toasted caramel flavours while the noble hops impart some pleasantly mild background notes. Our German Amber Lager extract kit is crafted from the highest quality extracts and steeping grains. A great brew for experienced extract brewers who enjoy European-style amber lagers and are able to make a proper yeast starter and control fermentation temperature.
