A fantastically smooth and malt-rich amber recipe with complex sweet, toasty flavours and aromas with subtle notes of honey. Our German Oktoberfest extract beer kit is crafted from the highest quality extracts and steeping grains. Moderately dry with just enough noble hop bitterness to replicate this world-renowned festival favorite. A great brew for experienced extract brewers who enjoy European-style specialty lagers and are able to make a proper yeast starter and control fermentation temperature.
