35L DigiMash All Grain Electric Brew System (110V)

This is the system I use at home for all of my 5 gallon batches. The DigiMash is a super easy and efficient system to use and makes every brew day fun. Fill the kettle with water (5-6 gallons depending on the size of your grain bill), turn on both elements and set the strike temp. It will hold the set temperature until you’re ready to mash in. Once you’ve mixed in your grain, set the mash temp and let the DigiMash take care of the rest. The 500 watt element is all you need to maintain temperature. Once conversion is complete, use the handle to gently lift the basket up out of the wort and rotate to align the basket feet with the kettle wire support. Once supported above the kettle, turn on both elements to begin your boil and allow the remaining wort to drain into the kettle and/or begin your sparge. Use 1-2 gallons of sparge water as required to meet your volume and/or desired starting gravity. The smaller surface area of the DigiMash produces a lower boil off rate than what you might be used to, so keep that in mind when calculating volumes. The DigiMash includes a 35L DigiBoil kettle, a false bottom, a malt pipe with bottom screen, a wire support, and a malt pipe handle to hoist out the basket. This system does not include an integrated pump or sparge arm and I like that, because there’s less internal parts I have to worry about breaking down. I’d much rather use a high quality external pump such as a Chugger or a RipTide and rig up some tubing to recirculate. In my opinion, this is the absolute best value for getting into all grain electric brewing and it’s also one of the easiest to clean.
