Belgian Witbier is a refreshing 400-year old specialty wheat ale that has been benefiting from a popularity revival. It has a smooth and creamy character with pleasant citrus flavours, subtle background spices, and gentle herbal notes. Our Belgian Witbier all grain beer kit is crafted from the highest quality malted wheat, grain and spices. We add a single noble hop variety for a light amount of smooth bitterness. A great brew for intermediate-level all grain brewers who enjoy European and American-style wheat beers.

Finely Crafted Commercial Examples

	St. Bernardus This ale is very pale and quite hazy. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has a wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orange fruitness and honey sweetness.
Allagash White Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.
