Smithwick’s A refreshing and clean ruby coloured ale. It has sweet malt & smoky undertones with rich, bitter/sweet chocolate malt flavour. A thirst-quenching and lightly bitter finish.
	Riptide Gold medal winner at the 2000 World Beer Cup. They use ale yeast, but lager the beer for a crisp, clean taste.
