Inline Sanitary Filter

The inline sanitary filter will filter air, pure oxygen or co2 down to .027 micron with a 99.99% efficiency. Use inline with 1/4″ to 3/8″ tubing to filter the air coming through an aeration set-up, or to filter the co2 going into your kegs. The barbed ends also fit the hole in a bung (rubber stopper) to filter the air going into a conical fermenter. This is handy when transferring or dumping yeast, so you don’t accidentally draw star-san through your airlock and into your wort/beer.

Store in a dry place in a zip-lock bag with a small piece of tinfoil on the inlet side. Can last up to 1 year. Discard if there are any signs of discolouration.

There are two sides to the filter – an “in” and an “out”. The direction you use doesn’t matter, however, once you choose a direction make sure you continue to filter in the same direction. The filter should never get wet, so don’t try and sanitize it by dunking it in sanitizer.
