Sparkling Amber LME (liquid malt extract) is a great choice for any style requiring complex malt sweetness, caramel flavours and a rich, full body. Amber liquid malt extract is made from a combination of base malt, caramel 60 °L, and munich malt. It can be used in the production of extract beer styles, or to adjust colour, flavour and gravity of all grain beers.
