CaraMunich® Type 2 from Weyermann® Malts in Germany is a medium caramel malt that produces lightly-toasted, sweet flavours & aromas, while imparting a golden-copper colour, for use in Oktobefests, Altbiers and Bocks (5-10%) to enhance body and malt character or use 1-5% in other amber beers.
