Italian Bottling Spigot
If you’re looking for a great, time-saving piece of homebrew equipment, you need an Italian bottling spigot. This spigot is made from solid plastic. It has a convenient locking “Open/Closed” handle for easy filling without a siphon. This spigot threads directly onto our moulded 8 gallon fermenting bucket. If attaching to your own vessel, simply drill a one-inch hole and use the included washer and backnut to attach.

I modified my Fermzilla trub jar to accept one of these taps and it makes sampling and bottling under gravity a breeze. Inexpensive, leak free and with clear indication of open/closed and rotation stops for the tap arm too. No complaints.
