The stainless steel brew kettle spider is a great option for containing your hops in the centre of the kettle to achieve maximum flavour, oil and alpha acid extraction. Keeps the bag open during the boil and off the bottom of the kettle, eliminating scorching of grain/hops and preventing holes from developing, while optimizing space and extraction. Can also be used for steeping grains. We recommend our 15″ x 8″ fine nylon bag.
