Traditional, premium grade 2-Row malt made from the finest Canadian barley malt varieties and the most commonly used base malt in all-grain brewing. It’s smooth, well modified, and high in enzymes, while providing all grain brewers with a slightly higher extraction rate than 6-Row. A single step infusion mash will easily convert this 2-Row malted grain, but a protein rest is recommended to improve clarity.
