Crushed Golden Promise (Per Oz) Simpsons Malt

Golden promise malt from Simpsons Malt in the UK is made from a traditional variety of barley typically grown in Scotland. A must-have base malt for authentic Scottish ales and is the base malt we use in our Scottish ale recipe kits. A versatile variety that produces well-balanced American and British pales and IPA’s. Golden Promise produces a slightly sweet and mellow wort, similar to Maris Otter with clean flavour and some bread-like richness and complexity.
