Honey malt is the best description for the European malt known as “bruhmalt”. It’s intense malty sweetness and characteristic honey-like flavour makes it perfect for any specialty beer. Its colour is 20-25 °L and is without any astringent roast flavours. Try adding a little bit of honey malt into your next NEIPA recipe.
