Crushed Roasted Barley Malt (Per Oz) Bairds Malt

Use roasted barley malt when you want a slightly-sweet, rich coffee-like, grainy flavour with red to deep dark-brown colour. Roasted lighter than chocolate malt, a little still goes a long way. Roasted barley imparts the flavours associated with Irish Stout.
