Crushed Crystal Medium Malt 63-72L (Per Oz) Simpsons Malt
Crystal medium malt from Simpsons Malting Co in the UK imparts a dark-golden to copper colour to finished beer, and adds richer malt sweetness, caramel, and toffee notes than light crystal. Add 5-15% to any beer style including west coast pale ales to enhance colour, flavour, and body, while improving foam stability.

This really imparts a nice touch of caramel, the colour addition it adds is also rather nice to see. If your looking for a grain to add that little bit of colour and flavour to your next brew day this is the one.
