This unique specialty grain adds a deep golden hue while imparting sweet berry, nut & light caramel flavours and a very creamy body & head for use in Pales, IPAs, Bitters, Browns, Stouts or any style for a special result. We don’t recommend crushing in a grain mill. The oats will coat the rollers, making it difficult to crush grain until the rollers are thoroughly cleaned. Instead, use a blender or coffee grinder to crush and extract more flavour.
