Traditional Dark DME (dry malt extract) is a great extract for any style requiring a deep, rich colour & flavour from ambers to stouts. This dark dry malt extract is made from a combination of base malt, caramel 60 °L, munich and black malt. It deepens colour, while increasing gravity, body and head retention.
