Complex in nature, Eureka is the dank and resinous offspring of Apollo and Merkur with dark fruity notes of black currant, strong herbal notes and pine tree. Eureka rounds out blends consisting of other hops for a more balanced west coast style IPA and truly shines as a late hop addition.
